NP Ihsane has a unique way of assessment that makes you comfortable to talk about tabou topics such as decreased libido secondary to menopause and hormonal decline. I was suffering for over 2 decades since the onset of peri-menopause from lack of interest in sexual life and even my marriage was threatened in my 60 s. It was until NP Ihsane approached me with her thorough gyn assessment and somehow felt my silenced need for help without even starting the conversation. She validated my feeling and suggested a couple of treatment modalities. A few months later she even followed up with me to hear that her unique consultation saved my life and marriage as never done in the past.

"I was struggling with diabetes and its complications for many years and was made to believe that diabetes is my destiny. I was on insulin and each time I go to my PCP she grounded me in a judgemental way of being non compliant with diet and medication without even asking me. I gave up trying to help myself until I met NP Ihsane at a gyn clinic where she went beyond her gyn assessment and started digging into my chronic diabetes condition. She believed in me, discussed a new plan for me and refer to a special endocrinologist with the same mindset of reversing my diabetes conditions.
